Thanks Heather. Right now in Canada we have legislation hanging around about exit fees on funds, regulating titles. Most of it never gets passed anyway but I feel that if we had a best interest standard none of that would be necessary anyway. The sad thing is 99% of the population thinks thats what we have already and I sound like a conspiracy theorist when I point out the holes in what they have been sold. Enjoy your travels !
